Classes & Workshops
Rachael teaches regular weekly classes, special deep-dive workshops, and multi-week courses, all in her local hood of inner city Brisbane. Alongside her regular Yoga, Aerial Yoga and AcroYoga classes, her specialty workshops include Mindful Intuitive Eating, Inversion Play, Myofascial release, Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing.

Yin Yoga
Long hold stretching aimed at relaxing muscles and creating space in your connective tissues – your fascia. Also incorporates elements of breath work, mindfulness and yogic philosophy.
Gentle Yoga
Breathe, observe and accept yourself. Develop your inner wisdom. Explore movements to keep your joints happy, your body-mind connections active and your heart open and joyful.
Aerial Yoga
Use the support of an aerial yoga hammock to increase strength, flexibility and freedom of movement. The potential wobbles in the hammock are fabulous for learning to switch on your stabilisers and improve/maintain your balance. Best of all, the supported inversions can help you create space in your spine. You can actually grow taller!
Class styles are available for all levels of ability. Aerial Basics for beginners. Aerial Flow for those with prior experience to keep everything juicy. Aerial Play for people pushing their strength and skills. Aerial Restorative for deep relaxation.
